This involves leveraging methodologies such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), the Kirkpatrick Measurement Model, Design Thinking, Adult Learning Theory, and others.
- Conduct thorough learning needs analyses to identify learning gaps, define objectives, and determine the most suitable delivery modality.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and various internal stakeholders to translate complex concepts into easily understandable and engaging learning materials.
- Continuously maintain and update existing training materials based on learner feedback and insights derived from data analysis.
- Develop approachable and interactive scripts for live instructor-led training sessions (facilitator guides) and eLearning modules.
- Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for creating new and enhancing existing learning content.
What you bring
