The role


Nettitude is currently going through a period of accelerated growth within the US region and are therefore looking to appoint a Sales Manager who will lead and direct a group of Cyber Security Account Managers who are focussed on both acquiring new customers and expanding Nettitude’s footprint within the existing client base.


Nettitude will provide the successful candidate with the training and support that will equip you with an understanding of Nettitude’s capabilities and how this plays a major part in the cyber security sector. You will be required to provide accurate guidance on opportunity forecasting, processes, reporting and sales enablement. It is essential that you are able to strategically lead a team, hire effective personnel, coach individuals and develop the sales executive team to ensure that the revenue targets are either achieved or exceeded.


As a member of Nettitude’s Management team, you will be focussed on ensuring that a first-class service is provided to ensure our clients are secure and protected at all times.



What you will be doing in your role:


In your role you will:

  • Report to the EVP of Sales and Marketing to ensure appropriate levels of communication are maintained with the Executive Leadership Team
  • Provide leadership for sales team members to achieve individual and company goals.
  • Identify target markets and initiatives to support increased market share
  • Build Relationships with key vendors and partner organisations to maximise market engagement
  • Recruit qualified personnel for key positions via your personal network, referrals and through working with other candidate sourcing partners.
  • Support account acquisition, including prospecting, directly and indirectly following up on inbound leads, qualifying, negotiation and closing
  • Develop and execute a sales methodology aligned with the company's growth and revenue needs.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and technical teams to pursue company goals and align with strategic directions.
  • Ensure that sales opportunities are accurately reflected in the organisation’s CRM platform


Key skills:


You will need the following:


  • A successful track record of managing double-digit growth of cybersecurity sales over 3+ years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Presentation skills and experience presenting to C-Suite
  • A motivated, competitive and results driven mindset
  • An ability to build targeted account plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities for the largest and/or most strategic customers
  • Experience in developing and executing detailed quarterly and annual business plans.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise requirements, while maintaining a focus on quality work
  • Flexibility and a willingness to support outside of their direct area of responsibility
  • Good time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while embracing potential challenges
  • Ability to travel when restrictions are lifted
