About the Role:

This role will provide specialist Marketing and Business Development support within the Marine & Offshore Stream. The successful candidate will support the Sales team through back end office work and learn about the technical nature of our products. From a Marketing perspective, the incumbent will drive initiatives through their proactive nature & turn the role into their own.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Owning data management into Salesforce, maintaining a high level of accurate & completeness.
  2. Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards within Salesforce to provide robust management information.
  3. Driving and managing sales opportunities as appropriate.
  4. Providing administrative support to the Sales team as required.
  5. Supporting the creation and distribution of proposals as well as sales and marketing documents.
  6. Creating and driving marketing campaigns (both face to face and digital).
  7. Being accountable for the administration of the Marketing budget.
  8. Event management as required (external and internal events)
  9. Coordinating and developing relationships with Industry clusters

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in a relevant subject
  • Demonstrated previous experience in a Sales and Marketing role
  • Basic to advanced skills in Salesforce required
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Knowledge of SAP desirable
  • High level of attention to detail

 

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and feel comfortable working to broader goals rather than being assessed on tasks. They will be a proactive person who has a creative nature to “make things happen” and turn the role into their own.
