Do you have experience of working in retail and hospitality? Have you got experience of delivering food audits?

 

Lloyd’s Register is seeking a contractor associate to work as an Assessor, Inspector or Auditor as determined by client terminology for the specific work. The role is responsible for delivering Customised Assurance audits, assessments and inspections with the Hospitality & Retail Delivery division, working with large companies within retail and hospitality. This is specific audits will cover Hospitality, Retail and Manufacturing.

 

You will be responsible for the delivery of   high-quality assessments/audits and inspections that meet the needs of customers’ specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner.

 

You will: 
• Complete environmental audits, including; food safety, health and safety and fire safety audits of varying length to client and legal requirements in line with specific country requirements.
• Plan and manage the audit within the agreed timescales with LR and the client
• Conduct professional meetings with senior management of the premises, summarising the process to be followed for the audit and findings at the end
• Complete written audit reports in a timely manner after the audit and submit the reports in the agreed timelines.
• Review reports and ensure that any errors are rectified immediately
• Provide regular feedback on other considerations noted during the audit process, but not captured on the audit reports, so that continual client improvement can occur
• Allow Shadow and Witness Audits from the client, the line manager or senior team as required.
• Maintain CDP and take on additional training as required when new clients are onboarded.
• Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with equipment and software used in the business.

 

You will have:
• Experience of delivering food audits
• Experience working in Retail & Hospitality environments
• Computer Literate in operating Work & Excel
• Fluency in written and verbal English and French
