We are now recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator in our Monterrey, Mexico office. This is a highly visible, client facing role which will interact with external client accounts, internal associates across multiple departments, and occasionally regulatory agency representatives, to ensure service delivery requirements are satisfied and compliant with applicable industry rules and guidelines. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable at working within a team environment and be able to provide examples of past experiences responding to and working with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prioritise and process documentation/data/information in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
  • Data filling/entry in accordance with defined procedures
  • Deal with queries and build relationships with internal/external clients, as appropriate
  • To coach other team members, as appropriate, to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application
  • Conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures and budget constraints

 

Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language, as applicable).
  • Able to work as part of a team to contribute to achieving departmental/business objectives.
  • Able to analyze complex problems and develop solutions whilst meeting the requirements of internal procedures and external regulatory authorities.
  • Using own initiative able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks and complex issues whilst adhering to tight deadlines.
  • MS Outlook, Word, and Excel required
