What we’re looking for 

 

A Senior Software Engineer who can support our OneOcean/LR business to be able to participate in developing, maintaining, and supporting different software products.

 

As an international organization, you will have good oral and written knowledge of English.

The role 

  • Developing core software and systems
  • Translating business requirements into technical and system specifications
  • Research and explore new technologies in line with the product strategy and development direction.
  • Be a vital part of Docmap R&D development activities and agile workflow using Jira
  • Collaborate with our other teams in Montreal (Canada), Sandnes (Norway) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)

 

What you bring 

  • A Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work independently 
  • A good understanding of API development using REST JSON/XML
  • Azure fundamentals and SSO knowledge
  • Skill(s) in: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, XSL, XML, .NET
