The role

Contract Administrator (SDS) is a key role at the centre of all Lloyd’s Register. Supporting colleagues and/or customers in Contract renewals, you will ensure every member of the team can drive efficiency and value on the ground using our innovative, cloud-based systems.

Ensuring we deliver the highest quality service to our assigned clients – whether internal and external - you will combine your technical skills with your talent for leading and motivating others, managing people and systems equally.

 

You will:

  • Understand that we are responsible the quality of the support we provide, the data/information in our systems and the revenue we generate – it’s a team effort from beginning to end
  • Be prepared to answer all queries promptly and with detailed explanations where necessary
  • Continuously monitor and record issues, identifying and highlighting where Renewals are required
  • Develop a deep and intuitive understanding of the systems your client team uses 

 

Will be a central source of guidance, advice, tips, troubleshooting and problem resolution at all times; and the most common tasks you will undertake will include:

 

  • Create Contracts
  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests
  • Follow Up on legal and customer Requirements
  • Monitor contracts validity, project progress, work packages for assignment and utilisation control commercial documentation

 

You will need:

  • A relevant degree or an equivalent education and experience
  • To be able to lead and develop a team
  • Good cooperation and communication skills
  • Meticulous organisation skills with the ability to adapt, multi-task under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
  • Ability to work with professional business systems
  • Commercial awareness and good customer focus
  • Have English and Portuguese Proficiency
