Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide service to external & internal clients about marine & offshore electrical installation and control engineering installation;
• Electrical plan approval for new construction ships and existing ships;
• Carry out type approval for electrical & control engineering components and equipment;
• Do daily work independently and with impartiality, without compromising standards and safety, and with high effectiveness;
• Demonstrate a high level of drive, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work, remaining calm under controllable pressure;
• In the electrical & control engineering discipline aspect, to provide training to external & internal clients while request;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering or Automation or equivalent;
• At least 12 years of working experience in offshore or marine electrical and control engineering system design (or appraisal);
• Experience in type approval and offshore projects preferred;
• Experience in cyber security preferred;
• Proficiency in the English and local language commensurate with the work, and good communication skills;
• Good team-working and hardworking spirits;
• Good skills to maintain relationships with clients;
• Ability to work under pressure without sacrificing the quality

• Ship classification work experiences and LR type approval working experience is preferred;
