The role


Nettitude is currently going through a period of accelerated growth within our Asia office. We are looking to further our growth by adding an ambitious Cyber Security Sales Specialist to support our new client expansion. The Asia Sales team currently works with a large variety of industries and geographies, and the Cyber Security Sales Specialist will be able to further our presence, with an opportunity to prospect within all industries and geographies across SE Asia and Hong Kong.


The key objectives of the Cyber Security Sales Specialist will be to generate their own sales funnel, as well as managing leads that they receive from the Nettitude marketing team. You will be working with the Asia Sales and Marketing team to build campaigns and generate prospects to help open up new opportunities across many sectors including Financial Services, FinTech, Media, Manufacturing etc, as well as driving opportunity with organsations that are more focused on Operational Technology (OT). Performance will be demonstrated by meeting/exceeding set KPI’s. Nettitude will provide new hire training that will equip you with an understanding of the cyber security industry along with Nettitude’s service offering. Nettitude will also provide the opportunity to progress to a point where you are managing relationships with a number of key clients in the region and perform all activities during the sales cycle, including project managing and providing client de-briefs with the help of the consultancy team. As a member of Nettitude’s team you will provide a first class service to both internal and external customers and ensure our clients are secure and protected.



What you’ll be doing in your role:


  • Based in either Singapore or Hong Kong, as a Cyber Security Sales Specialist your main responsibility will be to generate opportunities with prospects for Nettitude’s professional service offerings and manage inbound leads that Nettitude generates from its own marketing activities.
  • In order to generate new meetings, you will be provided a well-defined list of Nettitude prospects to engage with.
  • You will work closely with both the Nettitude Asia Sales and Marketing team to build campaigns and participate in new client meetings.
  • Your daily activities will include prospecting, qualifying and developing new business meetings through calling, emailing and LinkedIn targeting.
  • As a Cyber Security Sales Specialist you will be expected to become educated on all of Nettitude’s professional services and Security Operations Center (SOC) offerings.
  • You will conduct high level conversations with upper level and executive information security prospects.
  • As Cyber Security Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to grow into new roles after demonstrating sales acumen and performing well against set KPI’s.
  • You will be required to provide strong reporting against KPI’s and overall campaign progress.
  • You will be expected to understand the competitive landscape and demonstrate Nettitude’s key value propositions.





Key skills:


The following are strong recommendations and in most cases prerequisites of the role:

  • 2-3 years of technology/professional service sales experience
  • Proven track record of success prospecting for new business
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is preferred
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with upper and c-level prospects
  • Ability to maintain excellent internal relationships, understanding who to go to for required resources
  • A proactive attitude and ability to communicate with a variety of individuals and skill levels in an appropriate manner
  • A motivated, competitive and results driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise requirements, whilst maintaining a focus on quality work.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to support outside of their direct area of responsibility.
  • Desire to develop an understanding of the Cyber Security services industry.
  • Good time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while embracing potential challenges




Desirable skills:


  • Ideally with 12 months of relevant security related experience in the past 2 years (not essential)
  • Experience with using a CRM platform
