Role Purpose

To provide administrative support against defined LRA procedures to enable colleagues to easily access the learning required. Undertake a range of administrative and logistical tasks associated with learning activities. Resolve basic colleague queries and ensure LRA processes and SLA’s are followed and met

 

The Administrator opportunity is a fixed term contract for 6 months

 

You will

  • Support the coordination of training programmes including scheduling, room booking, joining instructions, and refreshments.
  • Order supplies of training materials, equipment and stationery.
  • Ensure all learning activities are hosted on the LMS, working with the Learning Technology Specialists to ensure the appropriate item type is created on the system
  • Ensure all classroom training has necessary scheduled offerings, waitlists are managed, and courses are closed down in a timely manner
  • Manage facilities, users and instructors in the system
  • Work with external providers to coordinate external activities including appropriate scheduling of external courses
  • Identify and suggest improvements to the team administration processes and procedures to meet future business demands and improve efficiency.
  • Provide basic ad-hoc reporting
  • Ensures documentation/data/information is recorded efficiently for audit purposes.
  • Conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures and budget constraints.
  • Work with other Training Co-ordinators consistently, sharing best practices and lessons learnt
  • Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health.
  • Report in a timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO), accidents and injuries and raise any health and safety concerns with your line manager.

  • Experience of managing event logistics
  • Experience of Success Factors Learning Management System desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
