At Lloyd's Register (LR), our mission is clear and compelling: ensuring global safety. As a CRM Marketing Executive , you play a vital role in LR’s key strategic projects to support its position as a trusted advisor in the maritime industry. 

Your core responsibility will be ensuring the creation and delivery of an automated and targeted marketing program to roll out a new client portal globally. In this role, you will need to collaborate with various internal teams, including Client Engagement, Marketing Operations, Insight and a wider project board.

Your success in this role is underpinned by your ability to deliver an effective marketing program against the key deadlines. This position offers a unique opportunity to be a part of an exciting initiative where you will work with stakeholders across the organisation, contributing to LR’s status as a trusted advisor helping its clients ensure operational safety.

   The role 

  • Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and wider marketing teams to plan and execute the program.
  • Apply the identified client messaging in communications, meeting required deadlines and reporting requirements.
  • Build, review and maintaining data lists.
  • Ensuring the creation and execution of an automated and targeted campaign through the CRM system.
  • Maintain a calendar to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Align the communication delivery alongside the existing external communications plan.
  • Maintain the program momentum, feedbacking learnings and client feedback to improve the campaign's effectiveness.  
  • Identify and recommending further marketing channels to support the campaign.
  • Provide regular campaign reporting and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Support on wider marketing projects & initiatives, if, and when required.


What you bring 

  • Relevant education background in Marketing
  • Previous experience of digital marketing and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot (Salesforce CRM)
  • Previous experiences of applying marketing principles and practices successfully to projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders across levels, building engagement & commitment to action
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and prepared to take on new challenges
  • Have drive for results, solution focused thinking and you are keen to take accountability and ownership for delivering customer needs.
  • Demonstrate initiative and proactiveness and flexibility adjusting your approach when necessary.
  • Have good planning and process management skills (scopes the length and difficulty of tasks; sets objectives and goals; breaks down work into process steps)
  • Have perseverance in the face of obstacles and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Display a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment and ability to work both independently and as part of a team with colleagues in person and around the world.
  • Are customer focused and driven to achieve excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
