What we are looking for 
We are looking for a temporary to permanent Pricing Analyst for our office in Southampton, UK who will maintain and simplify our current pricing models. The role will be supporting the codified commercials program where the individual will be required to conduct thorough analysis of Internal data trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer behaviours to help make informed pricing decisions that drive profitability and revenue growth for LR.

The role will be part of the FP&A team with a dotted line into the Pricing Director.

The role 

  • Maintenance and simplification of current pricing models.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies and align with overall business objectives as part of a key internal project (Codified Commercials).
  • Provide valuable pricing insights identifying risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop pricing models and strategies to maximise profitability.
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Support FP&A with ad hoc analysis

What you bring 

  • Qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA) or qualified by experience or working towards qualifying
  • Expert Excel skills
  • Pricing Analyst experience working in an international multi-site and multi-currency organisation
  • Strong maths and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse large data sets
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
  • Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deadlines
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and assess complex and sometimes unfamiliar situations, visualise solutions and see through to resolution and work effectively within a matrix organisation.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
