An expert software engineer who can support our LR OneOcean business and participate in driving different software products. We are looking for team players striving for excellence who want to grow alongside team members.

The role
- Within your team, design, code, test, troubleshoot, review, and maintain software solutions using the .NET framework and related technologies.
- Stay up to date, research and explore new technologies in line with the product strategy and development direction.
- Work with the team to continually improve and become the best version the team can be.
- Work closely with developers, architects, designers, data specialists, quality analysts and maritime experts
- Become an expert in the intricacies of the maritime world
- Develop internationally used products that scale quickly
- Analyze software requirements and implement related software products, providing a sustainable framework
- Build and deliver software products and/or parts of the products, infrastructure and tools.
You are someone who:

What you bring
- A bachelor's/master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in backend development
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
- Experience building SaaS solutions in C# and .NET
- Experience with DevOps practices
- A good understanding of working with and experience in building Rest APIs
- Knowledge and/or experience in the following as an asset
- AWS Cloud platform knowledge
- AWS DevOps
- Web mapping frameworks (Mapbox, Openlayers, Gmap)
- Cloud-native Infrastructure (Docker, K8s, Terraform…)
